I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very nice and of high quality, offering a superb view. The huge comfortable beds and modern safe made my stay even better. The service was top-notch with a very attentive and friendly staff. The location was great, located in the heart of the city with easy access to various tourist sites. The dining experience was fantastic with a wide selection of dishes. The facilities were well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
I was truly impressed by the hotel's great rooms with huge comfortable beds and high-quality facilities, intuitively designed to offer a fantastic stay with scenic views of the Medan skyline. However, the carpet in the rooms seemed a bit old mixed with cigarette ashes. I will definitely come back to check them again in due time.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms, though it is currently under development. The service, while friendly, lacks some efficiency. The location is strategic, being close to public areas and tourist destinations, but the property looks old. The dining experience provides a wide variety of food options at the Marriott Cafe on the ground floor.
